Global Meet

Global Mandayam Meet

For the first time in the history of the Sabha, we are excitedly preparing to host a Global Meet for all Mandayams.   The Global Meet will be held in Bangalore, India. The Global Meet is expected to run over four days and the dates are set from 25 - 28th of December 2008.   The event will not only hold colourful cultural celebrations but also expected to include intellectual discussions on Religious and Socio-Economic matters as related to the Mandayam community.

The Sabha is strongly encouraging community members from across the globe to plan their next trip to India in order to attend and participate in the Global Meet in December 2008.

An organising committee was formed to initiate the preparations for the Global Meet.  The committee met in Bangalore on the 18th September 2007.

THE FOLLOWING ARE THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS:-

There are no registration fees for the Global Meet.  Community members from various countries are going to be formed into regions. The overseas advisors will be assisting in coordinating the members within a region.  
Sabha is seeking to raise funds from domestic and international community members through donations. It is customory for each family to donate to the community which will go into funding the expenses of the celebrations.  Your regional coordinators will work with you to organise fund raising in the coming months.
